PRIVACY, REFUND, & CANCELLATION POLICIES

Exhibitor & Conference Attendee Privacy

We are committed to keeping your e-mail address and other non-public information confidential. We do not sell, rent, lease, or give away our attendee contact information to any third parties, and we will not provide your personal information to any third-party individual, government agency, or company at any time unless compelled to do so by law.

ITEX exhibiting companies may utilize a Lead Retrieval service on the day of the show. This gives our attendees the ability to opt-in to a company’s mailing list by allowing an exhibiting company to scan an ITEX name badge to retrieve the following information from the registration platform: first name, last name, email address, phone number, job title, company name, and company mailing address.

ITEX will use your e-mail address solely to provide timely information about ITEX and updates pertinent to your participation as an exhibiting company or as a conference attendee.

ITEX will maintain any contact information you send to us in accordance with applicable federal law.

Attendee Pass Cancellations

All refund requests must be received no later than two (2) weeks before the show date. Refunds are not available for registrant “no shows” or for those who depart before the completion of the event.

Cancellations that are received a minimum of two (2) weeks before the show date will be given a full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee. Any cancellations received after the two (2) week period before ITEX will not be refunded.

Submit all cancellations in writing to: [email protected]. ITEX is not responsible for notices that are not received.

Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page, itexshow.com, as soon as possible.
